Sorry I couldn't find anything and it was sent to me in an E-Mail, which had been sent to the guy who sent it to me.
Basically: in the past, if you wanted to drill a square hole, it requried a template and an offset chuck head.
This is an actuall drill bit and it is off set, in a three sided design.
