Not shocked at all. It is clear that Braindead hasn't been funding or hiring in Border Control... Folks need to be in place before things can begin. I hear that.
 
Ain’t gunna happen, like the wall Mexico was going to pay for. There will be a big show with executive orders and stuff, but not much will actually happen. A few criminals will get deported and then come back.
