If you had served, you would know that the military receives hours of training about Article 92, of the UCMJ.

These Congress people are trying to to cause friction between the officer ranks and the enlisted ranks.

They should be prosecuted.

I’ve asked a field grade officer, a bird colonel, on active duty, if there is a problem with discipline in the ranks…none, was the answer.

Thesecmeddlers are trying to stir up trouble in the ranks.

US enlisted have clear duty to disobey illegal orders. Their loyalty is to the constitution, not the president.

I see the unfaithful pEarl has weighed in but haven't read his excuses yet. This should be interesting.

Let's say troops are deployed to an American city, because they are. What would constitute an unlawful order? Firing on protesters? Assaulting protesters? Arresting protesters? Looking the other way if police brutality is happening? Stopping police brutality? Is there a rule book for something for them to consult?
