Oh, agreed, they'll go down in history as the kings and queens of the era of fraud and deceit.
 
Putin stands for elections with opposition parties included, which appear to be more honest than American elections, and he spends a lot of time meeting with Russians listening and building consensus.

He is also a stickler for the law being followed....which tends to mean that the Federal Assembly must rule....a place that tends to have extensive and honest debates....unlike our Congress.
