I have that particular individual on ignore for just the reason you are responding to his/her/alphabets persistent ignorant comments.
This entire thread can be answered in a few sentences.

This woman would still be alive if anti-gunner Baldwin had taken just one NRA course on gun safety. He was the last person to touch that gun and the entire event is on him period, end of story.

They said she was stuck with a lead projectile . The gun should have contained no lead projectile and if Baldwin had checked he would have discovered the projectile. I just heard sheriff Mendoza call the projectile a bullet and said it was recovered from the man that was also shot. Baldwin was negligent pointing the gun in the direction of 2-3 people and pulling the trigger without personally checking the gun first.

Yeah. I can't wait for the complete investigation.

What I think is that it was a blank. He shot at close range at the camera and the force scattered, hitting her to the right (I think she was to the right of the camera?).

Lesson to be learnt here: Do not get close to it even if you are on the side of it.

Camera stands and a remote could have been used, all kinds of ways this tragedy was avoidable.

I'd say the shooter is criminally negligent.

To those patiently waiting for an investigation(s) to be completed in the Baldwin shooting and yet are willing to start to loot and burn cities to the ground minutes after a thug is shot by a cop during the commission of a crime remember this post.
