2024 Election Follies: Trump rally wreck

Earlier this evening I watched with my pop's Trumps rally speech in Wisconsin.

:oops: This man is losing his f***ing mind! Even his implanted hair looks crazy!

Pity the GOP doesn't have a ready replacement for him. They would, if he was the sitting president. But then, would they have the cojones to tell him to step down?

But I digress: My father noticed right away that the sound of the "crowd" was "something I use to hear in a small auditorium back in the day". You could clearly hear the same supporters yelling and laughing on cue.

This man is an international embarrassment. No rational, intellectually honest and informed person could vote for him.

That was scary too, I for one don't want Trump nowhere close to the oval office again?!! The mainstream media needs to address Trump's mental state like they did Biden's?!!

Never watched or attended one rally or debate. Don't wear a MAGA hat or have a Trump sign in my yard. I don't even really like him much

Voting for Trump because of his record and his plans WHICH I HAVE EXPERIENCED FIRSTHAND, and NOT voting comrade kamala because of her record, WHICH I HAVE EXPERIENCED FIRSTHAND, and her lack of any coherent policies except for abortion (which is simply to circumvent the SCOTUS and reinstate Roe v Wade by executive order, which seems a little dictatorial to me, and might seem a little Trumpian to you, if you were as politically pure as you seem to believe. What about "our democracy"?)

Ah! The redeeming part of your post! Let's assume you are correct about this, that Trump left the tater head an economy that was in a shambles, and millions of jobs were lost. Also, let's assume that Trump did nothing but take credit for economic policies and directions stolen from his holiness, emperor Obama. (I guess we also have to assume that covid was a Trump plan, probably cooked up with putin).
Now, faced with all that, and completely ignoring the contributions of the pandemic, ol' tater didn't have a lot of choices, did he? He could either revisit those obama era policies that worked so well, or he could strike out on his own and build a legacy! I guess he did the only thing he could do, actually. Go bat shit crazy with regulations and open borders and "green new deals" and "infrastructure bills" and "inflation reduction bills".

Well, tater head may be stupid and demented, but I guess some of that pure political instinct from his younger, less demented but still stupid days remained with him. Instinctively, he would have to know it would be impossible to implement that obama crap, because Trump stole it! And the only thing people would actually see was that Trump was willing to implement policies that were good for the country, regardless of their origins. Don't you see the paradox?
