The best case for such is that IF a current family can prove genealogy to where their ancestors were registered slaves to a specific family or company, and said family or corporation had become prosperous IN PART DUE TO SLAVE LABOR to the point that they STILL exist to this day (in the company's case, it's now maybe a corporation), that family can collect the reparations of "40 acres" (the mule part is questionable). OF COURSE, THIS WOULD HAVE TO PASS CONGRESS TO BE FEDERAL LAW, WHICH IS A SLIM TO NONE POSSIBLITY.
2. The yahoos that attacked the Capitol to force a change of a legal affirmation of an election approved by both parties were IN VIOLATION OF THE LAW. Breaking and entering, unlawful entry, assault of police officers, rioting, endangering the laws of elected officials, etc., etc. An attempted insurrection.
