Telling them in they're in the wrong seat is not starting a fight. Grabbing them and pulling them out of the seat is. Physically touching someone is assault and that's where the right of self-defense kicks in.
Careful what you wish for, Canuck. If you want a law that makes it harder for people to stand their ground then, in the long run, it will be more white males going to prison, not the black ones you hate so much.

LOL..if u touch someone they should reasonably believe they are in immediate danger of imminent death, bodily injury, or serious bodily harm.And kill the person?
What about a parent? Every parent that physically touches their 17 you old while taking their phone car keys or Xbox away... their kid has a right to kill them?
Can referees pull out a knife and stab an NBA player that pushes him?
