The guy was found--in court--to be an MS 13 gang member. On 17 October 2019 he was ordered deported. The Biden administration gave him a stay on that order because he argued if he were deported to El Salvador, his country of origin, he'd get tossed in CECOT and that constituted a harsh and harmful thing. Well, he was correct that he would get tossed in CECOT. That's what happens when you are an MS 13 gang member in El Salvador.
So? Lots of criminals have family. Is sending someone to prison as punishment for a crime they committed and were found guilty of cruel just because they also happen to have a family?
