Say his name

I know you are slow and I know you are a Canadia, vols, but what part of the definition don't you understand?

Agreed.
The killers said........ Touch me see what happens...... punch me see what happens

Key Aspects of Texas Self-Defense Law:

    • Provocation:
You cannot provoke the other party to use force and then claim self-defense.

What part of that in the law do u not understand?

Or does that part of the law not apply to black people?

Far left extremist loons.

I'm not a victim yet. I'm still an oppressor.

I was actually one of the oppressed once upon a time. I had to get in to professional school based on my qualifications. The deck was stacked against me. But I did it! And never complained. :)

Well, I realize that sounds appetizing to you but I'd kill myself before I sucked on one voluntarily. Seriously.
I'm not a far left extremist loon. Do you even know where you are in the current moment, you Alzheimer's mess?

You play a victim (you admitted it in this post, thank you) while acting as an oppressor. You're painfully boring and typical of fat, old, white idiots. If you're lucky, you'll die before you see your unearned privilege disintegrate.

I think you are. That’s all that counts to me.

Yeah.

Didn’t play. I was discriminated against and therefore had to have a GPA and entrance exam scores much higher than the oppressed classes.

while acting as an oppressor.
^ And there you have it, although being a white male heterosexual isn’t an act.
You just admitted WMHetero = oppressor, typical of far left loon thinking.

I’m amusing myself. You’re obviously an AI generated bot programmed to make gays look angry and stupid.
Welcome back :)
Wow. Your internet addicted friend is gone one whole day and it’s such a rare occurrence you actually have to welcome that goofball back.
Welcome back from what? Was he in ICU on IV Valium to get him through DTs ?

Probably on one of the other sites he claims he's on, or the battery went dead on his laptop...

Maybe it's different in Canada, but in America this is the definition of assault:

Definition of Assault

  1. Noun. An unlawful physical attack, or threat of attack, on an individual, with or without actual injury.

What is Assault

While the exact definition of assault varies from state to state, it is generally defined as an attempt to cause physical injury to someone, and in most jurisdictions includes making threats, or engaging in threatening behavior, causing the individual to fear bodily harm. The most essential element of assault is an act intended to cause bodily harm, or intended to cause fear of bodily harm.

For an act to be considered assault, it must be obvious. Threatening words are not enough to be considered assault, unless they are combined with an ability, or perceived ability, of the perpetrator to make good on the threat. For example, a threat to cause harm, combined with raising a fist, or brandishing some type of weapon, is enough to cause fear of harm to the victim. This raises the threat to the level of assault.

Everyone of us who has had medical care, particularly in the hospital or clinic settings, has had to sign a form giving permission to treat. Absent an urgent/emergent health crisis, touching a patient without that consent can be considered battery or even assault. That's how narrowly the law defines those terms.

If the dead kid touched the accused assailant first, a case could be made for self defense. Funny how the MAGATs can't see that, when in so many other instances they quote stand your ground laws and applaud when an armed person shoots an unarmed person who "threatened" them first. The fact that the races of the two kids figure strongly in their posts tells us all we need to know about their concept of "justice."
