Say his name

It is...there's a supplemental contract involved...separate from the teaching contract....:)
what do you say to the little kid who gets chosen last for teams?

or maybe they don't choose teams at that age.

you weren't the "kick ball" coach.

remember kick ball?

I do remember kickball...those were the days...
Basically in the early days, if you wanted to be on a team, you tried out...Most kids made it at least initially...this was middle and high school...
I took kids on my swim team who couldn't swim...they learned...;)

swim team.

that's a hard one.

me and my sister were on the swim team, we had one in our small town affiliated loosely with the tiny college in town.

she got sick every year because her tiny body cound;t handle the 5 every morning practice.

it seems insane now that I look back on it.

sugar Creek swim club.

sorry for all the extraneous information.

there's no point to holding back in the end times.

No problem...I love swim stories...my favorite sport ever...
Your poor little sis...Those morning practices are tough...but that's swimming...and they're still very early...:)
I'm an early morning riser partly due to many many of those practices...
(I still swim...one of those sports you can do forever...Do you? Consider it if you don't...it's a way to stay in shape...)

Im lacking in cardio right now.

but I eat clean (except for beer).

was swimming always done early?

maybe because it's in place of a shower?

Different reasons for the early practice times, but mostly just because there's shared pool time and early morning is usually available....or the need to have multiple practices per day...kids these days who swim competitively swim for hours...at least two practices a day...
Many schools don't have their own pools.... although they should...
Everyone should have to learn to swim...
Good for you for eating healthy...it would be horrible to be sick, grumpy, and out of shape all the time...keep swimming in mind if you ever decide to up the cardio...or just go for a fun aerobics class if you don't want to do laps...still beneficial...;)
(Not in place of a shower, btw...you have to shower afterwards to get rid of the chorine...lol...)

I suppose this is why i had green hair as a child.

me and angry hulk.

. That's hilarious.... Operation Just Let Them post.... It works better every day...;)
Right? And watch the meltdowns ensue. When will they realize their angry, meaningless opinions -- define no one. That's one tough pill for them to swallow. All the ranting and raving, means and does nothing.

Everyone of us who has had medical care, particularly in the hospital or clinic settings, has had to sign a form giving permission to treat. Absent an urgent/emergent health crisis, touching a patient without that consent can be considered battery or even assault. That's how narrowly the law defines those terms.

If the dead kid touched the accused assailant first, a case could be made for self defense. Funny how the MAGATs can't see that, when in so many other instances they quote stand your ground laws and applaud when an armed person shoots an unarmed person who "threatened" them first. The fact that the races of the two kids figure strongly in their posts tells us all we need to know about their concept of "justice."
It's because the kid who was assualted first was black. MAGATs/neo-Nazis/White Nationalists believe all white males have a right to physically grab women and people of color to throw them out of the room. It's a Jim Crow era mentality.

Agreed the MAGAt sense of justice is unequal and biased toward White Nationalism.

The killers said........ Touch me see what happens...... punch me see what happens

Key Aspects of Texas Self-Defense Law:

    • Provocation:
You cannot provoke the other party to use force and then claim self-defense.

What part of that in the law do u not understand?

Or does that part of the law not apply to black people?
I'm going to type this slowly and use small words in hope you will understand: This is why the case needs to go to court, not a MAGAt neo-Nazi lynching.

Correct...and they know that...
So even more bizarre stories and claims have been created...and actions taken...without any success at all..
How surprised are you? :)
