Victory for Due Process, loss for The Felon.

Amazingly they ruled exactly how I predicted. The courts will decide if there is enough evidence to show they are members of the newly minted terrorist groups and allow them to deport them per the Alien Enemies Act as the courts cannot decide who is an "enemy" by the act. I also predicted they would negate rulings made by a district court that was not even in the district in which the folks were incarcerated.

I mean, in my prediction I pretty much wrote a synopsis of the ruling.

Tooting my own horn is fun.

Is this in regard to the latest judge's ruling on something like nearly a million people let into the US on "parole" by Biden variously either by using the now defunct online app or blanket pardon if they are from Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, or a country whose political leadership hates the US?
 
With everything going on it’s kinda comical how MAGA has to return to their immigration apocalypse, like parents paying $6 in some parts of the country for Easter eggs or seniors watching their 401s shrink are focused on immigration
