In many of these cases, the judges acted in clear violation of the law. For example, the one in Boston, Indira Talwani, put a nationwide injunction on the Trump executive order that ended parole for all Biden "Humanitarian Parole Program" participants--an illegal act in itself. In doing so, she violated federal law and standing requirements to create a class out of a single lawsuit before her--illegal. She then ordered that anyone in this program had to be individually reviewed on a case-by-case basis where the Biden administration had created a blanket parole for anyone in the program or using the now discontinued online app.
That is, she illegally made a nationwide injunction, then in the same stroke of the pen, made the class action she created a set of individual cases for legal review. This is so utterly and completely fucked up it makes you wonder how--well, we know, it was Democrats and Obama that got her on the bench--she could have gotten selected to be a judge.
That's one example of what's going on here.
