He's still pushing the surrender option. Given his poor treatment of our allies via tariffs, I suspect most will be pissed off enough to fund Ukraine with or without US assistance as a big "Fuck You" to both Putin and his lapdog Trump.
My opinion is similar. He is eventually going to get so mad that Ukraine won't surrender that he will cut of military aid to Kyiv, and end sanctions on Russia.

I think there is still Russian vodka in my grocery store, so I guess Trump doesn't want Russia to pay tariffs, like he wants Canada and Britain to have to.
