Say his name

Would it be OK if a fan went and sat in a baseball teams dugout during a rain delay?

And when ask to leave by a player and rightly so ..would his proper response be "punch me and see what happens" while reaching for a weapon?

That depends, what are the races of those involved? If the fan is black and the player white, obviously the fan is well within their rights.

Did Austin punch him?
Jesus Christ you are such a moron. I suspect your mom smoked meth while you were in the womb. That or you were dropped too many fucking times when she was drunk.

It's your own scenario, dumbass.

...then you punch the person and get stabbed by them defending themselves? Yeah, I get it.

Under Texas law u cant claim self defense if u provoke the use of force

There are certain situations where self-defense is not a defense strategy. These include when the defendant:
  • provoked the victim’s use of force and did not abandon the encounter.

Telling someone ..punch me..is provoking them to do it

"On Friday, Frisco Police Chief David A. Shilson released a statement on the incident, addressing the tragic incident and community concerns.

"As parents, we must remind our sons and daughters that the choices and decisions they make today can lead to severe consequences for the rest of their lives," Shilson said in the statement. "Violence cannot be the go-to means that our young people use as their only way to resolve disputes. We must have conversations about what guides their decisions and motivations. Our Students must consider their futures in everything. In every choice they make. In every word and image they post. In every person they are friends with."

Chief Shilson also asked that the community be careful with online rumors about the fatal stabbing.

"I ask everyone to be cautious of the inaccurate information that is circulating related to this incident, and to only trust information that comes from official releases and verified sources," Shilson said. "Beware of those taking to social media to deliberately spread misinformation, hate, fear, and division."

Shilson added that a fake social media account had been created using his name to spread misinformation, which he said is a third-degree felony that will be investigated. "

The phrase is "would have" not "would of". Are you @TOP's sock? :ROFLMAO: Jesus Christ, during the coming anniversary of your resurrection, if you can show me one fucking MAGAt anywhere on this planet that knows how to speak and write and is educated and can form an argument, I will dedicate my life to whatever you want.
the phrase is "you are a nut job"

we all say it constantly. 15 fingers emojis over a knife wielding loser? - you are cuckoo!!!!!

One witness reportedly told police that the victim, Austin Metcalf, had told the suspect, Karmelo Anthony, he would need to move out from under his team's tent, the affidavit stated.

Upon telling him this, the witness told police that Anthony opened his bag and reached inside.

so he reached for the weapon BEFORE he was ever touched ...., just asking him to move caused him to grab a deadly weapon with an intent to use it
