It gives insight into why he may have gone off the rails. Had he not been prosecuted by the fake Jan 6 gestapo he likely wouldn't have been drinking like that. When you do sinister shit like the FBI and Biden administration and deep state pulled there tends to be lateral consequences. Of course the man did it of his own free will but it's complicated by the lawfare. You people are not without blame.

Which probably is the reason he wasn't charged with murder.

Nevertheless, he committed a crime on 1/6. That's on him. No tears for him.

You make shit up and expect us to treat it with respect? He is a violent person. You do not know his past drinking. If going to jail changed him, then he should not have broken laws. He is the only person responsible. He made bad choices.

They need to do a prerequisite crime. So if you steal a car, and drunken drive it, then you can get murder, even if you do not cause the accident that killed the person. If you are drunk, the accident is blamed on you. If you committed a prerequisite crime, it becomes murder.

I am unsure that drinking and driving is ever a prerequisite crime, but it would not surprise me if it is, in some state, under extreme circumstances.
 
There has been a steady drip of deaths due to these pardoned criminals. You do not attack the Capitol Building unless you already are a criminal.
