Adm. Alvin Holsey resigned over Hegseth's Venezuela boat strike orders

Who decides if orders are unlawful?
You are still repeating that deeply stupid line as if it is a response to Pete Hegseth, head of Military, Pam Bondi, head of DOJ, the Military Academies, and countless top Military brass all informing members of the military they have a legal obligation NOT to follow unlawful orders.

But... but... if i keep repeating 'who decides' that means it is wrong for all them to the military what the law ACTUALLY says and that they will be charged if they do follow illegal orders' /RBStupidity.

(wishes that ended RB stupidity but knows RB will continue)

Advice from the Judge Advocate General's office. Such findings are subject to the federal judiciary.

As asked, who makes snap decisions on a battle field?
Would you just say "fuck you" to a commanding officer?
