Actually, the first two words of your OP subject title are a dubious at best, if not an outright delusion.

Tell us Dippy, why is an expat Brit living in Thailand (who's gov't leadership is far from pristine) so hyped up about American politics from a warped conservative point of view? I mean, you've been this way since your Tommy Pendergast days. Inquiring minds want to know. :unsure:;)
 
Personally, if the Dems run Harris again then it's another win for whatever christo-fascist POS the Republicans run. I didn't vote for her in the last election (I did a write in for a 3rd party).

AOC needs some more seasoning, IMHO. Maybe in a few years, but not now. She'd make a great VP, though.

Let’s be honest here. Dims have had some really good candidates. So have pubs. When’s the last time the best were chosen?
