A more safely and justly regulated but still private sector along with a more comprehensive public sector that strengthens the social safety net --hopefully.
Or we could have total dystopia which seems to be our current direction.
Ye Old England may no longer be a US ally by then.
Our current direction will be forced to change. I don't see technology as the answer, it has to come from people power. Young people are not afraid of socialism.

Young people who know what it actually means are not afraid of it.
Fewer Middle Americans travel abroad than do coastal Americans. They just have further to go, and perhaps have less interest as well.
Thus, they do not see how well people live in nations with more balanced economies.
Red states get hit the hardest by our current economic policies. Family farms cannot compete with multinational corporations raping the land, not to mention the problems with insecticides and GMO seeds. Something's gotta give.
Rush had amazing insight but do you have any personal predictions/observations on our rapidly changing world?

Dont know exactly but one thing you can be sure of is that human populations will plummet.
It's already difficult to feed 8 billion people. We'll just add it to the debt and no one will notice because they're too busy watching the billionaire space race on TV.
