The only CASE I can think of for Carter is a case of Billy Beer.

Actually, Jimmy has proven himself to be a decent statesman. I do not agree with everything he supports, but I respect him for many accomplishments.

But he was still a shitty president.

The Volkerites have always told me that Paul Volker actually is responsible for ending the recession, and like to give him all the credit over the likes of Reagan and Greenspan both for ending the recession and ushering in the Bull Market.

A lot of the bull market was the so called end of the eastern block, and USSR.

All the sudden 1/3, or so of the world was opened up.
