How about just give the money back to the candidate as was originally done instead of campaign finance which created this mess? Then the candidates have to put their name with any add unlike 527's.
Again. Barr is not the nominee, he is running for it, but I don't think he'll get it. It is silly to take one article that says he is running for the Libertarian nomination and translate that to he is the nominee. It is very unlikely he will be the nominee.
