Not me. I believe it should be removed in an attempt to keep it alive advancing medical knowledge and creating the ability for all women to choose, at some time in their lives, to either carry naturally or have the baby incubated ex-utero and ceasing the need for doctors to kill rather than heal.

So what is your "reason" to say they are not "truly" human, in spite of the scientific fact that they ARE true, living humans? Because they are "different" from "real" humans?

We are not that far beyond the days when we justified treating Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and Native Americans as "not truly human" because they are different. Care to explain how pointing out the difference between one living human and another living human is justification for calling them not true humans?

A fetus is different in the way that it literally cannot think. It cannot feel pain. It cannot even hold an opinion on whether or not it wants to continue developing into a person or not. If you think a black is like that, then we really have to re-examine who we're calling racist here.

Abortion is the quintessential polarization issue. The different sides are painted as murderers or fascists. It's an issue for unbelievably stupid people. The kind of people that should not have even been allowed to reproduce in the first place.

If Roe v. Wade goes down, Epi, then the righties will pass a law restricting all abortions in America. This is their final intent, and the middle that doesn't want to do that is very small.

Human rights are more important than states rights. It's a nation issue.

Roe v Wade was a stupid decision anyway legally speaking. It should be torn down and discretion on regulating abortions should go to the states. That way you crazy fuckers can have your abortion states like NY and Cali, and the other side's crazy fuckers will have abortion punishable by death in places like Alabama and Mississippi. Everyone will get what they want, and women in the restricted states could still cross state lines and go to another state's facilities if they needed to.

And we should add an amendment to the Constitution to protect a reasonable expectation of privacy. The right to privacy is the only reason I give a flying fuck about Roe.
