Activist judges shouldn’t block the will of the people

The president received a 51% approval rating on immigration, which was 7 points higher than at any point during his first term.
You dodged the question. Do Americans approve of trump disappearing citizens, legal or not to internment camps?

Apparently, you're clueless, and brainless, on the separation of powers.

Madison further reasoned that neither sharply drawn demarcations of institutional boundaries nor appeals to the electorate were sufficient to protect liberty. Instead, to secure liberty from concentrated power, Madison argued, consists in giving to those who administer each department the necessary constitutional means and personal motives to resist encroachments of the others.

Thus, James Madison famously stated: Ambition must be made to counteract ambition. The interest of the man must be connected with the constitutional rights of the place.
Sorry. As I've told you many times, I will only read posts from one of your socks a day. See you tomorrow!

I gave you your answer you brainless twit.
So did I. He likes to mindlessly repeat questions, even though they've been answered.
It's so common a tactic by these idiots that my acronym for this behavior is RQAA (repetitive question already answered).
A similar acronym I also use, RAAA (repetitive argument already answered). It's the mindless chanting of Democrats.
Strawmen are weak and stupid arguments halfwit. There are no "internment" camps. Dumbass. :palm:
These prisons he refers to is staging for deportation. If not already adjucated (most of these cases are already ajudicated), this would be where they get their hearing.
