Religion isn't antiscience anyway, Dingus Khan. Certain religions are or have portions that are. In Christianity we have the Creationists that trend that way. Many Christians are quite apt in scientific studies along side the faith.

All Religious Cults base themselves on 'Faith' rather than Science. No one is 'singling out' Christianity, other than it's the most common Cult in America.

Christianity. Buddhism. Shintoism. Hindi. The Church of God Denial. Islam. Shall I go on?

Since science isn't scientists, but simply a set of falsifiable theories, nothing in any of these religions says that one must reject falsifiable theories, or in other words, theories of science.
