The "dark side" of the Moon is a bit of a misnomer—it’s better called the "far side," the side that always faces away from Earth due to tidal locking. It does get illuminated by the Sun, just like the near side we see. When it’s a new moon from our perspective (when the Moon is between Earth and the Sun), the far side is fully lit up by sunlight. We just can’t see it from here because it’s facing away. The only time the far side is truly dark is when it’s in Earth’s shadow during a lunar eclipse, but that’s temporary and rare. So, yes, it gets its fair share of sunshine—it’s not perpetually shrouded in darkness.

Not for much longer.
As of February 28, 2025, the ISS has been orbiting Earth for over 26 years, and it’s showing its age. The plan, agreed upon by NASA, Roscosmos, ESA, JAXA, and CSA, is to retire it by 2031. The structure’s facing wear and tear—microcracks, corrosion, and the constant battering of micrometeoroids and space debris. Keeping it operational costs around $3-4 billion annually, and that’s not counting the increasing maintenance demands.
The current strategy is to deorbit it in a controlled manner. NASA’s got a detailed plan to use a SpaceX-built “U.S. Deorbit Vehicle” to guide it into the Pacific Ocean, targeting Point Nemo—the farthest spot from any land. This is set for January 2031, assuming no major hiccups. The process will burn up most of the station in the atmosphere, with only some debris making it to the ocean floor.

At no time in the last 50 years did the number of females graduating with 4 year bachelor's degrees exceed 60% of the total graduates. They have held pretty steady at 57.5- 58.5% of graduates since 2000.
Then your argument would not explain women transitioning into men.
It's hard to say. She seemed to be going in several directions at once when last observed, but ultimately she came down to Earth.
Whatever the goal of this stunt was it was not accomplished.
