Look, if the GOP refuses to meet or confirm Mr. Garland until after the election and a Democrat wins. There's a strong likely hood that Obama would pull Mr. Garlands nomination so that he could defer the choice to the President Elect.

The GOP wants to let the people speak about this nomination. President Obama may abide with that. I'm just saying that if the GOP waits till after the election and a Dem wins there's a very real likelihood that his nomination will be pulled to defer to the President Elect.
