I have not seen this.....in any case historically 80% of Ukraine GDP and also something like 70% of the resources are in the East which will now be Russian.....as for the Rump of Ukraine Russia wants nothing to do with it because that's where the NAZI's are....they have suggested that Poland/Romania take it over.

Not entirely accurate. While Gallup has polling in support of Israel at 46%, only 33% support the Palestinian side of things in that war. So, what that really says is the American public is growing tired of hearing about this war and want it to just go away. At the same time, they aren't buying that the Palestinians are innocent victims.

Well, Russia's certainly winning the war in Ukraine.
I've never seen Russia -dishonor- any of the deals it's made. It's Ukraine that's done this, time and again, with the Minsk I, II agreements and recently with the 1 month ceasefire on energy infrastructure.
You've got it backwards. Russia can replenish its arms -while- it's fighting. It's Ukraine that needs time to rebuild. Which is why Russia has little interest in any temporary ceasefire. If there is to be a deal, Russia wants it to be permanent so that it doesn't have to deal with this problem in the future. The issue of Ukraine needing time to rebuild is actually a familiar theme, as this was apparently the reason for agreeing to the Minsk and the Minsk 2 agreements. Former German Chancellor apparently admitted as much after Russia's war in Ukraine began. An article on this can be seen here:

Russia certainliy doesn't look keen on accepting a deal that only benefits Ukraine. As some commentator put it, Zelensky actually did Russia a favour by not even agreeing to let Russia keep Crimea. It looks like it's finally beginning to dawn on Zelensky that Ukraine isn't getting Crimea back. Let's see how long it takes him to realize that he'll be getting little if anything back of the rest of what Russia's taken and also see if he ever realizes that the best time to make a deal is as soon as possible, as Ukraine's losing more territory by the day.
