Is Aristotle a monotheist?

It would seem so because

in Book 8 of Aristotle's Physics he proves the existence of a single Primary Mover or Unmoved Mover.
of his views on truth and contradiction, viz., that he believes in the law of non-contradiction. The Greek gods contradicted each other; therefore, it would seem Aristotle would not believe in the mythological Greek gods but in Absolute Truth

"Thought thinking thought" is paradoxical because there is no subject.
God is thought, God is thinking, God is the object of his own thinking.

This is dialectical and not monistic.

According to what I have learned, Aristotle and Plato thought of God as a first principle, a higher truth. God was not conceived of as an anthropomorphized person. We are supposedly imbued with reason and intellect to participate in the divine, in this view.
