Yes. I know two mother/daughter duos that spent the money to go to the concert. Both moms were in their 40's and 50's and the daughter were in their 20s or 30s.

Nobody should believe that her popularity is limited to only kids/teens.

Look at this crowd wait to go into the concert. Do they look like 14 year olds or adult voters?

There are undoubtedly tens of millions of Swift fans who can vote. The question is how many of them will be influenced by her endorsement. I don't think there are many 30-50 year old women who are actually going to change their vote because Swift endorsed Kamala.

The 18-29 group, who I think is likely to be influenced by Swift, are already 65% Democrat. The 35% who are young Republicans seem unlikely to give a shit about a pop singer's political views.

So, ultimately, Swift may motivate a small number of young Dems to vote, who would have not voted otherwise, but that's about it.

I believe the effect of the endorsement will not be so much the direct affect on her fans. These endorsements are clearly lined up timed and planned for maximum effect on the psyche of a certain voting group.

The Harris campaign is full of serious professionals who know how to work the national opinion. I expect more endorsements spaced apart with increasing significance.

The goal is to make the appearance of a growing national movement that certain individuals will feel compelled to join because they do not want to be left out.

This is how any marketing campaign works, Coca-Cola does it best.
