Businesses are already fleeing California as well as there people and it’s all going to red states.

Soon California will pass there 800 billion reparations bill which they can’t afford and they will have to significantly increase taxes forcing more people out

I can't wait to see what will happen when people have all that free cash. Maybe it's part of the Democratic parties platform to eliminate black Americans? We all know how much dems hate black people. How do we know that? The evidence is plentiful. First they accuse repubs of being then racists but we all know Dems are always twice as guilty of doing what they claim others are doing. Next we see how dems behave whenever a black person gets all uppity and doesn't support Biden or the leftist narrative. Lastly we have seen what happens when some people win those huge lotteries, if they don't end up xed they end up broke. Democrats are horrible human beings.
 
It will cause mass riots because not all blacks are getting it, that will not go down well

Also when they burn through their settlement in a couple of months they will just demand more
