Brisket

If you want a fast and VERY EASY way to fix salmon try. The favorite way I cook it for my wife.

1. Bast esalmon with melted butter on both sides. Sprinkle liberally with Tony's Creole Seasoning

2. Cook over charcoal high heat till edges are toasty brown. Use a fish basket and flip every couple of minutes.

That's great seasoning...I don't have a fish basket...How is that possible in the kitchen of the most random gadgets ever? lol

I find it MUCH easier to cook fish with one, I have two of them. You have to be careful when you remove fish from the basket. I use a fork to press the fish away from the basket. I also cut the skin away from the fish then set the fish back on the skin for cooking but that isn't totally needed.
 
I'm sorry to hear that. But she was able to touch the lives and the hearts of so many including her own family... There's a special place in heaven for our moms (and dads) who were teachers.... (Both of my parents were teachers ...)
Thank you she was a great mother nothing but good memories of her.
