Can a President send anyone away to be tortured if he simply claims they are enemies of the State?

Prove it, show us one right in history that has been regulated
this is the problem with serfs like yourself. You ignore the Constitution, probably because it's too complicated for you, so you rely on a branch of the government to tell you what it it. Unfortunately, that government has no authority to define the limitations, restrictions, or rights that the Constitution prescribes or protects.

Have you always needed that sort of guidance?

So you can’t backup or prove what you posted

You’ve just proved you don’t understand the Constitution nor American History

You do not get it. Every person in the country is entitled to present their case. When you gather up a bunch of people and ship them to another country to be tortured, mistakes will be made. Mistakes have been made. I am not comfortable with paying megamillions to another country to torture and abuse people who were allowed no defense and no hearings. This is not what America should be, in my view. You are a Trumpy, so you do not care.
Illegal undocumented El Salvadorans go to El Salvador. The illegal undocumented Venezuelans that went there were sent because THEIR OWN COUNTRY of origin and citizenship wouldn’t take them. (Gee, I wonder why)
They will now so that’s where they go.

you misunderstand. I don't need to prove anything beyond the founders, which i've posted numerous times and you willfully ignore it, and the Constitution. You rely on a usurpation of powers by the courts, which makes you wrong.

Yes, he isn't fully potty trained yet.
To erase American Citizenship is to erase America. This is much of the reason you Stalinists refuse to admit that citizenship exists. You demand that criminal aliens in the nation are equal, or perhaps superior in rights and protections to American Citizens.

Your dream of ending the Constitutional Republic died when Obama failed to be elected to a 4th term. The terrorists and criminal gangs Obama imported during his meat puppet Joe's Junta are being deported and those shown to be engaged in violence against the United States will be prosecuted. Despite them acting on behalf of the democrat party.
I bet Obama's hand still stinks after taking out of Joe's ass.

He thinks a lot of things that go against the Constitution.
Like Federal Lynching churchstate of hate drug trafficking fiefdom enforcement KKKidnapping of George Washington University Hospital Washington, D.C. born USA citizens with Christian Nation SCOTUS Rehnquist “what is 9/11 ?” rhetorical Freudian slip for Christiananality pedophilia national religious practice under color of thieving US Constitution Bill of Rights arsonists……with a precedent of 25 years prior KKKidnapping from a US Navy Hospital……

Yes, you are upset.

How many threads on this same topic have you started today?

Since you are so concerned about convicted illegal barbarians, perhaps you could take a few into your home.

You could have some average Publix eggs cooked for them.

Will Friday be too soon?
If they are convicted, you would be correct.

They don't have to be convicted, Tren de Aragua has been declared a terrorist group and are subject to deportation immediately by ICE and Homeland Security and the Sec. of State.

You believe they do not have a right to due process? Or if the President says so, its assumed true?

IF the president said you were a gang member, and illegal, could you be deported without a hearing?

The Alien Enemies Act specifically allows the president to detain, relocate, or deport non-citizens from a country considered an enemy of the U.S.

The only challenge to this was in 1948 and the Act was upheld.
