It also requires that “due process of law” be part of any proceeding that denies a citizen “life, liberty or property” and requires the government to compensate citizens when it takes private property for public use.

Define foreign nationals. Trump is rounding people up, giving them no chance to defend themselves. That guarantees innocent people will be jailed and tortured. The problem is Trump does not care about the little people.

A foreign national is a person who is not a citizen of the nation they are currently in.

Trump can round up people with an existing order of deportation, like that woman in Colorado, and deport them no hearing necessary. They had their day in court. Trump can order the deportation of persons without a hearing that are declared enemies of the United States, like TdA and MS 13 members.

If Trump sends such persons to another country for holding, too bad for them. He can do it.

I see Trump's actions putting Americans first, and foreign nationals, particularly ones that are criminals, terrorists, or other sorts doing damage to the US dead last and kicking their sorry asses out of the country. If a mistake is made, they can appeal this from the country they are now in. Their deportation doesn't preclude access to the US court system.
