Clinton Emails on Libya Expose The Lie of 'Humanitarian Intervention'

now you want to avoid this thread
not at all,but I'm not going to respond to argumentum without purpose.

Think of it this way -was Iraq FUBAR? (yes) Was Libya (yes).
Were they both done on false pretenses - were they both examples of interventionism poorly thought out?
Did they both lead to ISIS controlling areas of Iraq & Libya? (yes/yes/yes)

So how can you rightly excoriate Bush but give Obama/Hillary a pass - except by gross partisanship?

um dude

abu graib and shock and awe did this.

what would non intervention in either look like?

we would have NEVER done Lybia if Iraq had not been done huh.

you guys fubared everything

The Iraqi invasion loosed the so called Islamists" who coupled with the Baathists to create ISIS.

I doubt abu graib had anything to do with anything, other then Baghdadi being held prisoner in an Iraq jail ( not abu)..

One would THINK Iraq would have been an object lesson, not to regime change Qaddafi..but apparently it was lost on the Obama adm.

abu graib created this
no. from your link.

In its propaganda, ISIS has been using Abu Ghraib and other cases of Western abuse to legitimize its current actions in Iraq as the latest episodes in over a decade of constant "Sunni resistance" to "American aggression" and to "Shiite betrayal"—as phrased in an ISIS publication from late 2014 titled "The Revived Caliphate," which chronicles the rise of ISIS since 2003.
