Constitutional Due Process would have prevented this unlawful act.

Statistics don't back you up.
Actually, they do. Criminal appeals right now have about a 6.9% chance of success and most of that is on administrative or other legal errors having nothing to do with the defendant being found innocent. The case is tossed because the procedures weren't followed in some way.

Letting criminals walk the streets because of a paperwork irregularity or other minor administrative mistake is something fools and lawyers do. Aside from that, our justice system as it stands is generally very fair and gives defendants quite a bit of chance to defend themselves.
That is NOT what this is about. Our justice system was not allowed in this Trumpian plan. The American system says everyone gets a day in court or an opportunity to present their case. This did not happen. They were picked up, and shipped to fucking El Salvador. Try hard and even a Trumpy like you should be able figure out how bad and wrong this was.

Should only apply to citizens, those who are our guests or are trespassing are owed nothing if we want them to leave......for any reason.

Actually, it did. In fact that guy was in court repeatedly, found by the court to be a gang member of MS 13, something he didn't argue about, and was found deportable. In his latest case, brought after Trump took office, and more than four years after getting an order of deportation, he suddenly started arguing that he shouldn't be deported because he feared for what El Salvador would do with him (toss him in CECOT). This is because deportation wasn't a serious issue for him with Biden in office and not enforcing these orders. Trump was a different story, and suddenly he needed cover to remain in the US.

That is what the court documents imply, and I have posted all of them on this board in threads already, so don't ask me for the documentation a second time. You too had your day in court. You can look those links up if you like.

Who did Obama have assassinated? Since it did not happen, what are you putting them on even ground? Trump incarcerated a bunch of people, most whom had no criminal records. Trump is defying the courts, refusing to follow court orders and return an innocent man to his home. You think Obama opining is the same as what Trump has actually done.
It is not hard to see why you are not taken seriously.
1. nobody knows because 'classified'
2. you cannot say it didn't happen because 'classified'
3. they are on even ground, end of story. it's about due process. stay on topic

i'm not too worried about who takes me seriously and who doesn't. All I need to know is that most here are too partisan to deal with reality and that i'm always smarter than you.

So can you explain how it is that we expect "guests" to obey our laws 100%, but somehow they are exempt from being treated fairly under those same laws when accused of a crime?

You facist fuckers really do want to live in a banana republic, don't you?
