You said that they were created as one of the largest wireless corps and were an LLC, that is crap.

They are "subsidiaries" and are dissolving. Therefore the whole "They are LLCs" crap is useless. Your original assertion that they "are subsidiaries" held nothing about the temporary nature of a purchased company. They are wholly owned by the Inc. Period. And are therefore subject to the laws that the Inc is subjected to. Which is a different set of laws. An LLC is supposed to give you "some" of the benefits of a corporation without having to Incorporate entirely, but it is growth limited.
