The foods that bees pollenate will get more expensive as well.

that is a seperate issue from the general food price increases.
1/3 of the bees in the US were lost last year. And we were down like 50% over ten yrs ago before we lost 30%.
Fallow bees are almost extinct.

That's a huge concern. Even if we were able to pollinate all our crops successfully, the vast array of uncultivated flora that depend on pollination to reproduce would just die out. The consequences could be horrendous.
 
I have not seen a honeybee around the white clover or flowers in my yard for 2 years....


Plenty of pest bees though, yellow jackets and such.
