Yes. On one hand, tossing a rock through the window of a Jewish store is a hate crime. Doing it to a Tesla dealership is just a crime.
OTOH, given the FBI definition of domestic terrorism, I can see how both would be considered domestic terrorist acts. The hypocrisy of people like Ms. Fat Lane is that they ignore the 1500 or so domestic terrorists Trump pardoned his first few days in office.
