Just those that make more, are then FORCED to "contribute" more; but then, that doesn't concern those who make less.

Maybe we can make those who can afford more expensive cars, to have to "contribute" to those that can only afford something less.
And then those that have more expensive homes can "contribute" to those that live in smaller homes.
