America used to be that way until the Clinton years. :rolleyes:

From the beginning until then. I just happenned to be in my last year of school when the shit hit the fan with that.

After that last "real" semester with the book and tuition hikes and influx of non-college people all over the campus, like twice as many as college material people.

I went to the next 2 abbreviated sessions and got outta there. It hasn't gotten any better since then.

The college administration staff roll surely exploded.
