The Minnesota Freedom Fund is a multi-million dollar fund that put up bail for any felony arrest and was funded by Hollywood actors as well as Heels Up Harris. Many recipients have graduated to much larger crimes such as kidnapping and murder, but what the heck, at least they got no jail time.
