I know trump is full of shit. There is so much precedent for autopen use, he should be sent to his room.

Turnip stated that autopen cannot be used with POTUS absent, which is correct. The newb seems to be interested in self promotion, and I refuse to peruse the link to his own research.
 
Auto pen? Who dug that out to use for Trump. It was the Heritage Society that dug that up. It is ridiculous. I guess everything any president ever did with an autopen does not count. Is there anyone who cannot figure out what he is doing? A 2005 ruling by the legal department said presidents can use auto pen to sign legislation. This is such bull shit.

And this current situation is backlash for same. It all depends on turnout, and how many Senate seats are up during the mid terms. With low turnout, the sane demographic might just pull it off. The last time Dems. had the super majority it was backlash for Bush's war crimes, and gross incompetence.

Unfortunately, it was only for 75 days

Running for a third term. Annexing Canada/Greenland. Auto pen.

These are all the same tactics he used in the first term because the press simply cannot resist. While people focus on his jokes, he's busy perpetrating crimes.

I think they have a hat they put Collins, Mitch McConnell and Lisa Murkowski’s name in and they draw a name each vote to see who will represent decency in their party.

I haven’t seen Lindsey lately, is he drinking more these days? Experiencing dissonance? The ghost of John McCain haunting him?

Yep. But FIRST and foremost (IMHO), the issue of massive voter suppression tactics in red states must be addressed. Then we can urge all the non-voters to get off their butts to vote ... as well as the fools who didn't vote as protests to Obama's "right of center" actions during his first term, which gave us the GOP majority edge that is still with us today.

He still sniffs trump's dirty laundry, but he had a rare moment of sanity (re tariffs?) and he fell out of favor.
