There are always opportunities to invest toppy... even in down markets or stagnant ones. That doesn't change the fact that the economy is struggling right now.

The S&P is up about 110% since 2009 and he wants us to believe that he has done four times better than the market when he claims to be a buy and hold kinda guy? Complete utter horseshit
