Even liberal icon RFK jr says J6 was NOT AN INSURRECTION!!!

Half the rioters were plainclothes feds!!! Ordered by pelosi to turn the protest into a riot. We live in North Korea.

"I have not examined the evidence in detail, but reasonable people, including Trump opponents, tell me there is little evidence of a true insurrection. They observe that the protestors carried no weapons, had no plans or ability to seize the reins of government, and that Trump himself had urged them to protest “peacefully.”

Like many reasonable Americans, I am concerned about the possibility that political objectives motivated the vigor of the prosecution of the J6 defendants, their long sentences, and their harsh treatment. That would fit a disturbing pattern of the weaponization of government agencies — the DoJ, the IRS, the SEC, the FBI, etc. — against political opponents.

One can, as I do, oppose Donald Trump and all he stands for, and still be disturbed by the weaponization of government against him."

The riot gave pelosi an excuse to cancel the congressional hearings on election fraud scheduled for that day. Team trump had a ton of evidence.

Pelosi was the Speaker of the House, and so had no power to schedule or cancel any hearing on that day. That day has one scheduled thing, and that is scheduled by the Constitution, and led by the VP.

If trump has a "ton of evidence", why hasn't he released it?

It was destroyed during the peaceful gathering? It’s in the mail? That was a Tucker excuse

They are always saying that some unnamed "good Christian man beyond reproach" has seen the evidence, without saying a name, nor showing the evidence. It has been 3.5 years without any evidence.

No evidence??? Look at what dems did in PA. The state constitution bans no-excuse mail-in ballots, but the dem gov sent out millions of them!! That's how obvious the cheating was.

The state constitution does not ban mail-in ballots, but does require them for certain reasons. You lost the court case, even with Republican judges, and are a laughing stock for even bringing it up.

Almost every Republican in the state legislature voted for that "unconstitutional" bill. Most Democrats opposed it.

CAN'T YOU READ??? I said the state constitution bans NO-EXCUSE mail-in ballots. That is a fact.

The PA supreme court refused to hear the case. They knew if they did, they would have to toss out every election in 2020.

No - the state SC did not uphold the voting law. They refused to hear the case.

In a 5-2 decision released Tuesday, the Democratic-majority court overturned a lower court's ruling from January that found Pennsylvania's Act 77 to be in violation of the state's constitution.
"We find no restriction in our Constitution on the General Assembly's ability to create universal mail-in voting," Justice Christine Donohue wrote in the majority opinion.

Just because you say a lie, does not mean the lie is true.

Here is the relevant part of the PA constitution

The Legislature shall, by general law, provide a manner in which, and the time and place at which, qualified electors who may, on the occurrence of any election, be absent from the municipality of their residence, because their duties, occupation or business require them to be elsewhere or who, on the occurrence of any election, are unable to attend at their proper polling places because of illness or physical disability or who will not attend a polling place because of the observance of a religious holiday or who cannot vote because of election day duties, in the case of a county employee, may vote, and for the return and canvass of their votes in the election district in which they respectively reside.

Note it says the reasons why mail in ballots shall be issued, but absolutely no mention of why they "shall not" be issued.

The PA supreme court refused to hear the case.

Greg Teufel, the lawyer for the 14 Republican lawmakers, said he expects to appeal to the state Supreme Court, which has twice upheld the mail-in voting law against previous Republican-backed challenges.

They have already twice heard cases, and twice thrown them out. Republicans have moved on to complaining about having to handwrite the date.
