Government setting up ground work to ration cancer screening

Totally. That's why Medicaid doesn't provide mammograms for women under 50. Right?
I'd really watch if I were a woman on Medicaid under the age of 50, a government entity says their mammograms are unnecessary, another one is bound to take it as gospel and we really need the savings. According to somebody who was recently making a speech somewhere there's 200 Billion in savings in fraud, like unnecessary tests, alone...

Stephanie Spielman, wife of OSU & NFL great Chris Spielman, died yesterday of breast cancer.

She was first diagnosed at the ripe old age of 30. She and her husband started a foundation for young women with breast cancer.

Apparently their are enough of them to start a foundation, and that is mostly women who have 2 decades or so before they hit 50.

Mammograms save lives.

I couldn't help but notice that several major pundits, including Limbaugh and Hannity, came to the same conclusion that I did about this issue.
