Never said they did, evince. Racism exists. Democrats constantly seek to institutionalize it, Republicans just perpetuate it socially.

Sadly, true. What’s also true is that we can’t eliminate racism by perpetuating racism. Our society can reduce racism by promoting tolerance….which isn’t as profitable as promoting racism.

Two fucking morons went out one night looking for trouble and found it. One of them had a gun. It’s entirely possible that, had Zimmerman not been armed, that Trayvon would be in prison for life for murder.

What Oom refuses to accept is that one of the major party candidates IS going to win,

and that truculently voting for a non-major party candidate can simply increase the chance

that the major party candidate that he dislikes more will win.

This is not advanced statistics.

This is simple observation,

but still beyond the cognitive capacity

of some of our lesser intellects on the forum.

The man threatened him and he tried to protect himself
