It does not matter if I am happy with Congress or not, the fact remains they can levy Federal tax's under the Constitution (that you claim "geared toward libertarianism"). And no - neither Article I, Section 8, Clause 1, ,or The Sixteenth Amendment are vague, and both have been upheld by the Courts. So both of your claims are patently false.
