How do we solve the problem of poverty?

War, you kill off all the really poor people, then you don't have to worry about them, but you could also create poor people from the destruction.

Disease, more poor people usually die due to lack of medical care.

Bring back the tradition of old people killing themselves, when they are unble to work for their benefit, because a lot of the poor are elderly.

Bring back child labor, these kids can help add to the family coffers by working.

Start imprisoning people who can't pay their way, and bring back indentured servitude.
 
The first two. Though it may be hard to swallow, I generally have an affinity for free public higher education and redistributive economic stimulus.

Three ways to stay out of poverty

1) finish high school
2) don't have children until you are married
3) take a job. Any job


Do these three things and your chance of living a life of poverty is extremely low. Unfortunately liberal policies are antithetical to these common sense approaches and it starts with the slave ship that is the welfare state.
