The state isn't intentionally killing them? And you're going to sit there with a strait face and tell me there's no hatred towards the child killer or woman killer?
 
People who support the death penalty have the intent of the certain criminals dying. And lot's of them have hatred toward them.
 
You can sugar coat it all you want, but killing another person with good or bad intent is still murder.

Guns were banned in Nazi Germany. How were the people going to face down German machine guns?

I probably wouldn't go to jail for ignoring a rape, and who am I to judge. This scenario is perfectly in line with liberal pacifism.
 
BTW No German civilians (outside of govt.) were put on trial at Nuremburg. The commiez tried to indict industrialists, but of course, more rational minds put a stop to it before the trials became a circus.

Yes, you would go to jail for failing to render aid. You sit idly by, and even talk to and enjoy the company of baby murderers.

Actually there is no state in the union that requires a person to intervene in the middle of a crime. Some states have a requirement that you call 911 to report the crime, and many states have laws that require you to render assistance in the event of an accident so long as that intervention is NOT life threatening. But you could walk by a murder and so long as you called 911 there would be no other reprecussions.

Now why do we debate this issue? No one is going to change any minds and it usually devolves in calling people murderers and fascist and it is just tired.
