China has refused strong alliances, so there is no "China Bloc." The closest thing to an ally, that it has had for a long time, is Pakistan, which has a troubled relationship with Iran.

Iran has a huge population, and needs to increase its industrial sector to employ them. China wants to buy oil from Iran, and pay for it with industrial goods, thereby destroying Iran's industrial sector. No one is able to solve that problem.
